<p>I've been a CA resident all my life attending a CC till next fall, i was wondering if i were to transfer out of state, say WVU and go to school there for maybe 1-3 years than transfer back to a CSU college or UC school will i qualify for in-state tuition with my parents still paying taxes and living in California in addition with my CA drivers license?</p>
<p>Also Will CALiforniaVET bill still work instate and out of state?</p>
