Hi,
I’m studying in a california community college with cum gpa of 3.83. I have finish all of my General Chem series my calculus classes. I have also taken two biology courses which satisfies UC Davis and UCB prerequisites. I took one C++ course and a calculus based physics class as well. When I go to the assist website for prerequisite of Bioengineering in UCB and UCLA, I found that I have to take many computer classes but each of these UCs needs its own classes for computer. I am really looking forward to go to UCB or UCLA or UCSD for this major. However, I am lost for taking these prerequisites. Can someone tell me, Do I even have a chance to go to UCB or UCLA so that I can find out which classes I should take?! Btw my community college is ranked as a best community college of California (De Anza College if it is important for you to know and the addmission decision).
Don’t you have a college counselor at your college that can help you with this? They are the ones whose jobs it is to place you into these 4 year schools. My advice is to speak to them and have them help you until you get the answers you need.
