<p>i just found out that i got assigned to garner hall at gregory drive and i really don't wanna live there...is there any way i can transfer into another dorm such as ISR?</p>
<p>Fill out a change of contract form and send it in. I'm trying to switch out of PAR and get put into the six pack.</p>
<p>i called 2 weeks ago and asked what dorms had space. they said unless you want temporary housing (aka a small cubicle set up in a floor lounge, shared with several other students) there are really no openings except in sherman hall. lucky for me i am over twenty and can live there, so i submitted my app.</p>
<p>I somehow got housing in FAR after they told me there was no space. They said I'd probably live in a lounge, but my mom and myself tried and called and emailed, and we got a space in FAR. It's sorta far from the Illini Union, but oh well, over half the dorms are far too.</p>
