Transfering to a CalState: The Transfer Requirments are different for each school?

Hello,

I just started school as a freshman at community college (El Camino College). I'm majoring in computer science. I looked at the computer science transfer requirements for the possible schools I want to transfer to (CSU Long Beach, Cal Poly Pomona, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo) and they all have different class requirements (some require more physics/chemistry than others, etc.). There are some similar classes like physics, but I was wondering to apply to these schools do I have to do every single course on the sheet?

Also, under SLO it says "Select one sequence (12 quarter units) from: Chemistry 1A&1B OR Physics 1A-1B-1C-1D (or 1 yr. physics series at Cal Poly). Does that mean if I wanted to apply and I took physics that I would have to take all four physics courses?

If I took over 2 physics classes it would take me over 2 years to transfer from community college.

Physics requires a Math 190(calculus) prerequisite/concurrent enrollment. I won’t be able to start my Physics course until Fall 2015. Then in Spring 2016 I will take the second physics class.
