I'm currently a freshman at Western Michigan University and I pretty much hate so I'm trying to transfer to Michigan State for the fall 09 semester. I applied to msu my senior year but I was a big time slacker and got deferred then rejected with a 3.3 GPA and 27 ACT. I was just wondering if any of you guys know how hard it would be to get into state GPA wise? Some people are telling me that its easier to get into a school by transfering rather than applying during high school? Thanks for the help

idk about MSU but i just got into UM from WMU with a 3.5 - had a 27/3.0 in hs - so i think if you get something around mid 3.5-3.7 you should be fine. write a good essay
