Hello eveyone !! I graduated from high school in 2016 and im currently student at cumminty college in Denver, Colorado. I want to transfer (so so bad ) to ohio state university I currently have overall GPA of 4.0 ( from my 1st semester at CC ) yet I’m sacred that OSU won’t account me even though they have high transfer accepting rate (86%) because first iam transfering from out of state and 2nd because I heard thier were people who got rejected by OSU even tho they had 3.0+ gpa so I’m wondering what else should I do to get higher chance to get in ,beside having a high GPA .
I transferred from out of state (MSU) and got in with a 3.6 GPA.
I also did not have the 30 credit hours thing so I had to submit my high school transcript and act scores, and I still got accepted as a transfer even though I did not get in as freshman.
Good Luck!
I am currently in this situation now, if you don’t mind me asking what was you high school gap?
gpa*
I just got accepted from an out of state community college with a 2.88 GPA. Don’t stress about it. They love transfers.
Actually OSU loves oos since they pay more
