<p>I'm a sophomore at Bergen Community College. Right now I have a GPA of 3.3 I'm looking for any scholarships that Rutgers offers as a transfer student. My major is General Education, but when I get accepted I want to major in Special Education. I know that there is a 5 year program about it. If anyone could help me out of the scholarships and to tell me more about the 5 year program they offer. I would appreciate it.</p>
