Transfering to SBU - Previously Applied in H.S.

Hi,
I am looking to transfer to Stony Brook for Biomedical Engineering from within the SUNY system. I am currently a freshman in college and have previously applied to Stony Brook and had been accepted when I applied during high school.

I read that, according to the Stony Brook website, that since I have under 24 credits at this time of application, I will have to submit my SAT scores and High School transcript. Do I need to resend the various application materials such as high school transcripts and teacher recommendations?

Also, I noticed that the ApplySUNY system did not ask for any essays to be written and as far as I know, many other schools require transfer students to send in essays as well as college professor recommendations.

Of course, thatd all be for the purpose of seeing a student's progress so since I'm already a nearly done with my first semester in college, I have some extracurricular that I would like to inform the admissions office about.

Thanks.
