<p>I am an international student, and i currently studied in michigan state. i get a gpa of 3.92, and i want to transfer to university of virginia for finance major. Do you think that it is wise for me to transfer? Becasue a lot of students told me that michigan state has a very good business college and accounting and supply chain majors are excellent in our business college. But, i am more interested in finance, and at the same time, i also like supply chain management. Do you think that i should apply for transfer? which university do you think has a better reputation? uc berkeley or u of virginia? i know they are the best public universities in the nation</p>
