Transferred schools... what to put on resume?

I spent one semester at a state school, and then transferred to a private college, where I plan to graduate with my undergraduate degree. I'm thinking about applying to law school after I get my undergraduate degree. When I apply, should I include in my resume the one semester I spent at a state school? Or should I include the transcript from the school I get my degree from?

The reason I ask this is because during that one semester, I did fail a couple classes. Since I don't even get credit for them and I transferred, will that even be seen?

This is something I've been really worrying about. I'm really trying to work my butt off now with my academics, extra curricular activities, and internships. I really want to get into a decent law school, too. Thank you for your help!

Yup, you need to include a transcript from your previous school, so it will be seen. Hopefully it won’t be much of a hit against you, as it’ll be far in the past when you apply to law schools.

Not negotiable, you must include your previous school and submit a transcript from that school to the LSDAS.
