Say, if you found out you wanna study something else too late but your school doesn't have the major you want, can you transfer after junior year?</p>

<p>Many public universities will accept late transfers and second Bachelor’s candidates. I understand that the U of California system is an exception to this. If you are currently in a major related to engineering (such as math or physics) it might be possible to complete that degree first, and then pursue a graduate program in engineering.</p>
