Transferring after One Semester with different major?

I go to Duquesne University as a business major, but I don't think this school is right for me and I want to transfer after one semester. I was looking at University of Pittsburgh but their business school is harder to get into so I was thinking of transferring to their arts/sciences school as a pharmacy major. I did apply to Pitt before but I was put on the waiting list for pharmacy. Any suggestions on what I should do? (with transfering credits as well)

Pharmacy programs are more competitive than business programs. Have you taken any science and math this year? Will your application be more competitive now than it was when you were put on the waiting list? And do you actually want to be a pharmacist?

No, this school’s arts and science school is easier to get into then their business school.

The school and the program are two different things.
Check out if there’s a separate webpage for the program or
special requirements for it.
And why are you transferring to another school for another major?
It’s ok to do that but you sound like you just want to be in that college
because it is famous not because they have a better program that you are interested in.
