Transferring after two semesters questions

<p>I'm enrolling this fall at my community college and I was wondering if I should apply to schools as soon as the Fall 2014-15 applications open. Will they even be able to accept me early without at least my first semester transcript? I do have SAT scores and hs transcripts but I don't know if they'd accept so soon based on just those.</p>

<p>I want to avoid all the problems I had this cycle... So I'd just like to hear from another two semester transferrer.</p>

<p>you’d send your applications in the spring like most people as they won’t be looked at until then by adcoms. By then you’ll have your 1st semester grades completed as well as midterms for your spring semester. They’ll have something to go off of at that point.</p>
