Transferring as a Double Major

<p>I am currently interested at double majoring to usc/ucb as accounting/buz & the new com sci/ games major. Is this possible to do? What do I need to do to transfer to usc as a double major student? Can I take the second major lower/upper division classes at usc or do I have to complete them before transfer?</p>
