Okay, so last spring I graduated from a community college with an AA degree. This fall, I transferred to a four year university to continue my studies of pre-veterinary medicine. However, now that I'm at the four year university, I have decided that I don't like it here and that I would rather be a nurse instead. My old community college has a nursing program and I would like to try and get into that program to save money (in comparison to doing the nursing program at the larger university).

My question is (it's kind of a dumb question too), even though I already graduated from that community college, can I still re-apply and come back to take pre-nursing classes and apply for their nursing program?

I would assume that they would allow me to come back since it is for different studies, I just am not sure if they would let me back since it has been such little time since my graduation.

Also, I know this really isn't an admissions question, but do you think that my previous courses that I took at the community college will still count towards some pre-nursing requirements even though it is on a separate degree?

Sorry for the long post/dumb questions. I am just confused on the whole changing career path/transferring colleges process. Thanks for any help in advance!
