Transferring chances?

Hi,

I am currently a freshman at Hartwick College as a Biochemistry major/pre-med, and wished to transfer for a few reasons (lack of intelligence among student body, small course catalog, party school, etc). I was considering applying to Cornell and John Hopkins, and I wanted to know if my chances would be good for each, or should I wait until the end of my sophmore year since I have a lower ACT score, or apply considering I had a great fall semester? Any advice would be very helpful.

Stats:
High school GPA: 3.8/4.0
ACT Composite: 27 (29 english, 27 math, 27 reading, 26 scientific reasoning)
Class Rank: 27/225 (top 12%)
I took a couple college classes during high school, Intermediate Spanish I and II, also AP Biology (recieved a 5).

Freshman year at Hartwick:
Fall GPA 4.0 (All A's)
Fall Courses Taken:
BIOL-201-Genetics (b/c of AP Biology credit) 4cr
CHEM-109-Accelerated General Chemistry (combines general chem I and II into 1 semester) 4cr
BIOL-321-Electron microscopy 4 cr
HIST-283-Western Medicine Since 1500 3cr
2 gym courses 1 cr each
Total Credits: 17

Spring Semester (plan on taking):
CHEM-210 Inorganic Chemistry 5cr
BIOL-210 Molecular Biology of the Cell 4cr
MATH-121 Single Variable Calculus 4 cr
HIST-383 Disease and the Social Body 4 cr
FYS(first year seminar) ECON-300 Social Insurance 3 cr
Total credits: 20

I also have many extracurriculars, physician/surgeon shadowing, volunteering, work experience etc.

I also wanted to know if you have any other suggestions for good premed and biological sciences schools that would be good matches that you think I could apply to?
