Transferring CSUN to CPP

Hello.
I’m currently an Accounting Major here at Cal State Northridge (CSUN). I would like to be transferring after the 2015-2016 school year. I am currently Junior standing. My GPA is 3.05.
I was wondering if I do transfer to Cal Poly Pomona would all/most of my credits transfer over and I would retain my class standing (Senior)? Or would a max of 60 units be transferred over and I would have to retake some classes? (Assist.org shows a lot of not articulated)
Who should I talk to at CSUN or CPP to get more information about transferring?
Also would the same thing above apply if by some miracle I get accepted to a UC?

They will cap the # of units you can transfer at 70 and probably require you to take some local GE. if you are currently a Jr , I bet it sets you back a year. The time to make the move was this summer. - Why not just graduate from Northridge? Their business programs are very solid.

Thanks for your answer!
I just really wanted a change in environment, but since it’ll set me back a year i don’t think the change in environment would be worth it.
Unfortunately I didn’t submit to transfer this year because I thought CPP wouldn’t be accepting lower division transfer, as stated on their site. In hindsight i should’ve just went and submitted an application regardless.
