<p>After High school I went to my states public university, not a community college, which is decently ranked in the state it self and I ended up with a 3.65 cum. GPA, is this enough for me to transfer to NYU, Berkeley, Brown, or possibly Dartmouth? Will my SAT and ACT scores be factored in when I apply to transfer and will they look at my high school GPA?</p>
