Transferring from average state school.

I'm currently attending Umass Amherst, and I just finished up my freshman year with a 3.52 gpa. I applied to the BBA program at the business school (Finance, Accounting, Management and Marketing). I never applied to the business school as an incoming freshman so I had to do an internal transfer. However the average gpa they accept is a 3.6ish. I know I am close and I shouldn't worry to much about it. I just want to know what other options I have if I wanted to transfer out of Umass.

My gpa in high school was pretty poor (3.0ish), and my SATs weren't stellar either (1770, but 660 in Math). I didn't have any ECs this past year but I will try to join some this year because I know they're important.

Assuming I can raise my gpa to a 3.6 or even a 3.7 by the end of next semester, what are the best colleges for Finance I have a decent chance of transferring to? (Cost isn't too important to me)

Bump, could really use suggestions
