<p>I was rejected from Berkeley and I appealed, and in the event I get in, I was wondering if it's possible to transfer from Berkeley to Davis. I've heard how competitive Berkeley is, and how Davis is much more relaxed. I was thinking that if my appeal did work, I would go to Berkeley and if I really don't like it I could transfer to Davis. Is that possible? I heard that inter UC transfers are nearly impossible.</p>

<p>Berkeley is very competitive, but it's notorious for that. Now, how competitive do you think it might be at UC Davis? It has about the same # students and faculty. So, that would lead you to believe that they'd be similar in competitiveness, but one might argue that Berkeley's a tougher school, which would make it more competitive. Perhaps...</p>
<p>It's definitely possible to transfer from Berkeley to UC Davis.</p>
