<p>Yes, it's very easy to transfer between CAS and SEAS. You can do it anything before the end of your sophomore year. I think 3.0 GPA is required to transfer.</p>
<p>I'll switch acceptance letters with you ... I got into Penn's SEAS but I want to transfer into CAS now. But yes, I'm pretty sure it's possible. I posted a thread here a few days ago about transferring and people said you have to have a reason and a 3.0 GPA, then ask your advisor at Penn.</p>
