Transferring from CC to UCB

<p>Hi All,</p>

<p>A little bit about my academic history, I attended a UC right after high school but was academically dismissed after the first two quarters. The only credits that I have in the UC system are the Ap credits that was submitted...I did not pass any of my classes attempted. I was dismissed with a 0.0GPA and no units earned.</p>

<p>I have just finished my first year at CC with a 3.86GPA and would like to transfer out to UCB after I have fulfilled all the required IGETC and Pre-reqs. Would my transfer application be viewed as a UC-UC transfer because I have attended a UC or could I transfer as a CC student without submitting my previous UC transcript?</p>

<p>I believe you still have to report your grades from your UC. If you do not do academic renewal or retake those classes or an equivalent of those classes, they will be counted into your GPA.</p>
