Transferring from Community College and finance problems

Ok I really need help. Ive been struggling a lot financially and have personal and family issues, so it's been really hard for me to get things started in my life. I only have a few more classes to take at CC to get an associate's degree, I could probably finish in the summer, but I don't think I'll be OK financially to transfer by fall, so i'm thinking i'll transfer spring next year.

I just don't know how i'm going to pay and if anywhere is going to want me. I hate saying this, but I really don't wanna go to a state school. I live in MA, and all of the state schools are not in the kind of area I would thrive in. I NEED to live in a city, and Boston is the closest best thing for me. ideally I want to live in NY, and maybe even San Fran, but out of state tuition I imagine would make everything harder.

I have a 3.0ish GPA. I really want to go to Boston College or BU (but Bu is probably way too expensive, not gonna work) Suffolk or northeastern. but I just feel like the only way Ill be able to pay for college is if I go to a state school with Mass transfer, which is basically guaranteed acceptance to any state school plus 33% off tuition if you have at least 3.0 gpa. I don't get grants but I get unsubsidized loan, so that could pay my tuition.

I don't have help from any family members whatsoever or any kind of savings.

idk what to do.. do I have a chance at any of these schools? I just have a massive feeling that ill only be able to go to a state school in the middle of nowhere and be miserable... :(

Boston College and BU are both very, very unlikely. I think it’s going to be a challenge to find a fit if you’re only interested in big cities. Maybe look at the university of the district of columbia? What about a mid-sized city like ft collins colorado? You might have a shot at CSU.
