Transferring from CSU to CCC wondering how Financial Aid Will Work For Now?

(Skippable)
Hi Everyone =) I am a First Time Freshman, and I just got done with a semester at CSU Northridge. After finishing my first semester I figured out that, that school is not right for me. Tuition is going up, and I got late registration, so registering for the classes I wanted was a fail, and none of the classes I need are left/either full. Beisdes after high school I wanted to attend a UC anyway, but didn't get accepted to any. (Had a 3.1 and barely met the requirements) So I know why I didn't get accepted, so I decided to go to a CSU rather then CCC because I thought it was best for me at that time. But after experiencing one semester of it I realized it's not. So I am now going to be dropping out of Spring Semester and attending Santa Monica College, and try to transfer to a UC in two years with the TAG/TAP program. Recently, I added Santa Monica College into my FAFSA and I'm waiting on it to be re-processed. And I already applied to SMC and I am taking my Assessment test tomorrow.

(My Question)
As a CSU student I got about $6,287 a semester (Didn't Accept Student Loans) and got the maximum Cal Grant/Pell grant/Loans/State University Grant. I spent 3300 or so on tuition, and the rest was free money. I am now getting ready to dropout for spring semester and attend Santa Monica College as a computer engineer major and transfer my (transferrable) classes over. But I was wondering what type of financial aid will I be given as a CCC student? Since everything is still the same except the fact that I will be attending a CCC instead of CSU will it still be the same? (I was living at the dorms, now I will be moving into my own apartment living on my own.)

Classes start February 13th, Will I get financial aid for this quarter (Spring) or will I have to wait until next quarter?

Is their any resources out their that will pay for Books/ Programs available to waive the fee for my Classes since my parents EFC is 0 and are considered low-income?

Thanks in advance for your responses and advice!! =] as I know I have a lot of questions to answer but I've been looking around the forums to search for answers and after searching these questions were left over. :</p>
