Transferring from MSU to Stern School of Business at NYU

Hi All,
I am currently enrolled in the Honors College at Michigan State University and I am looking to get out of the state and hopefully to NYU's Stern School of Business.

Looking for thoughts!

I was accepted to University of Michigan, Colby College, Wesleyan University, and MSU after high school.

My Accolades are as followed:
ACT: 31
GPA: 3.94
APs: BC Calc, Psychology, Literature
College Courses: Took 2 college courses at a local community college
Excellent College Essays

extracurricular:
- Governor of Student Senate, Ran daily class that put on all philanthropies, dances, drives, Member of my towns School Board of Education, Gave Commencement Speech at Graduation
- 4-year member and 3-year captain of Varsity Hockey
- Member of NHS
- Big Brother at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwestern Michigan
- Other clubs, etc.

AT MICHIGAN STATE UNIVERSITY:
- After 1 semester at MSU's honors college, I have a 4.0 GPA with 2 honors level classes
- Joined Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity where I have an executive board position running a $1,000 scholarship to applicants. Also my classes Social Chair.
- Member of MSU's Finance Association and MSU's Students Consulting for Non-Profit Organizations.

I have an internship with a financial service company lined up for this summer as well..

I am looking to transfer to NYU's stern school of business, but I am aware that it has a very low acceptance rate and I am wondering if their CAS school would be the better option for me.

I believe I would've been accepted had I applied out of HS, but my financial situation was not going to work out.

Any thoughts?

You might have a shot at transferring, but a 31 would likely not have gotten you in out of HS.
