Incoming freshman year into Newark Business because I only got into SAS at New Brunswick and I was just wondering is there are any requirements to transfer between business schools. I really want to transfer by my second year if its possible. Any advice?

i dont have to site on this computer but its called “school to school transfer”

i planning to transfer from newark sas to NB Sas. i too am i entering freshmen this fall.

bump, can anyone help me with my situation I really want to attend the NB campus

Bars,

I am 90% sure that you can not transfer from Newark Business to New Brunswick Business. The reason I am not a 100% is that is what we were told during orientation days in New Brunswick by Dean Caldwell when someone asked that question.

bump…

That’s wierd cause the guy at Newark orientation told us that we can transfer after a year depending on our GPA, but he didn’t go into the process of it.

According to Rutgers Business School’s website. You would have to transfer to Rutgers New Brunswick as a SAS student first and then apply for the business school.

Transfer Students (including Rutgers–Newark and Rutgers–Camden Students):

All transfer students must be admitted into the Rutgers New Brunswick School of Arts and Sciences (SAS) BEFORE they may submit an application to the Rutgers Business School-New Brunswick (RBSNB).

There’s more info on the site:

[Rutgers Business School : Admissions](http://business.rutgers.edu/default.aspx?id=254)

BARS not to be rude but you are way to lazy, i even told you how to look up the guidelines for transferring if you couldn’t do it, i doubt any one will do it for you. read my first post and search what told you , from their hopefully you will have enough brain cells to figure out the rest…

**** off you chode don’t you have anything better to do then posting useless ****

the irony here is you can type a useless reply to me, when i am telling you how to find out the answer to your question. you stupid piece of *, why dont use one brain cell and do something instead of asking others to do work for you. you dumb *.

(that was not meant as flaming it was meant to enlighten someone who is dumb)

^ You’re not too smart yourself – you go to Rutgers Newark.

…ouch…

A forum’s meant to answer questions that aren’t automatically apparent in the Rutgers website. If you read what I posted, you can’t automatically transfer from Newark’s Business school into New Brunswick’s Business School. You face attending New Brunswick’s SAS program for at least a year before attending the actual business school. [O]MG, if you actually looked at the school to school transfer application you’d realize under the list of New Brunswick schools, there is no option for the Business Program.

Look, no one here should really know if you can transfer from Newark business school directly to New Brunswick business school. The NB business school will no longer be jointed with the school of arts and science but will be a school of its own starting 2010. So I think it will be possible to transfer from newark to nb starting next year.

OP sorry for being a dick. i should have checked the site at least my self. sorry bro
