Transferring from Pitt?

I go to Pitt at Greensburg and absolutely hate it. I can't stand most of the advisers, the staff, or student body. I won't turn this into my soapbox but every person I've tried to turn to for help has either ignored me or essentially told me to screw off (With a few exceptions, and I've talked with them about me transferring, they agree it'd be the best to do) so I want to transfer.

I'm looking at Temple University, Penn State, and Duquesne right now, I also had Carnegie in mind but it seems they have a very strong bias against transfers, so I'm keeping them off the table for the most part.

I'm a Psychology major at the moment, thinking of double majoring in Art or English at some point.

Anyone have any suggestions on schools? I'm willing to look out of state. I have a preference for big cities, to be honest, so I'd prefer a city school.

Why not transfer to Pitt Oakland? Did you choose to go to Greensburg or did you not get accepted to Pitt main?

I need 60 credits, and that’s my backup plan, but I honestly would rather not stay somewhere I hate for another year (first year freshman, so yeah)
