Transferring from Schools

I am a senior in high school and I am applying to alot of reach/high-match schools, so right now I am confident I will get into at-least one, but my question is would it be easier to transfer from a somewhat prestigious university with an active graduate program to a well known highly ranked school then say transferring from a community college into the latter?

Like say would it be easier to transfer from NYU into a school like Cornell/Columbia

Then it would be to transfer from some small two year school into Cornell/Columbia?

Belongs in College Admissions.

Yes and no. Prestigious schools like to see rigor, which is present in top tier universities, but they also understand that not everyone can afford four years of private college. Work the hardest you can with what you have and show you’re a good candidate in the application. That’s all you need to worry about.
