Transferring from SFSU to a CSU

Hi, I'm planning on transferring from San Francisco State University (SFSU) to another Cal State down in SoCal (So basically CSU Long Beach, CSU Fullerton, Cal Poly Pomona, CSU Northridge, and maybe San Diego State) . I'm currently a junior and hoping to transfer after this semester. My major is Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting.

Does anyone have any information on

a) how hard it is to transfer into Cal Poly Pomona, Fullerton, etc. with a not-so-hot GPA?
b) The different reputations of Cal States such as Pomona, Fullerton, etc. (For example, I've heard that San Diego State is a major party school...not my type of school)
c) The strength of their Accounting major programs?

ANY information would be helpful and greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!

san diego state has the best accounting program, with fullerton next, then long beach. pomona currently is about eight faculty short in accounting and about 30 shy collegewide.
