Transferring from TAMU to UTA Natural Science - Computer Science

Hey I'm a senior still deciding on whether to CAP or to attend TAMU
I was wondering if anyone knew the chances of transferring from A&M to UTA and what GPA I would have to make in order to transfer in to UTA's CS?

Why? Attending A&M with the goal of transferring seems weird. A&M CS courses (the beginning ones) will be kind of hard since you’re in the college of engineering so keeping a high enough GPA (3.7+?) to transfer to UT (Austin or Arlington) will be difficult at A&M. Plus, what if you don’t get accepted… do you want to stay? If so, I see your reasoning… if not, then you might as well pick a community college with easier courses.

If you eventually want UT. CAP… Realize that it may take time to get into the Computer Science program, and your grades at wherever you CAP need to be stellar. Good Luck!!!
