Am I crazy? Right now, I am about to start my second year at UCF. However, UF has always been a dream school of mine and I believe that that may be a partial reason as to why I am not doing my greatest at UCF. Should I transfer to Santa Fe to achieve my AA? I know that it is usually easier to transfer from a community college.

If it helps, I am almost about to get my AA, maybe about 3 more classes. HELP? What should I do?

What do you hope to find at UF that you don’t have at UCF?
UCF is one of the top Florida publics. It’s become extremely competitive lately. It’s the largest (or one of the largest) universities in the country. It’s very good for science. However it doesn’t get as much research funding or as much state funding and it’s quite crowded. Neither are reasons for “not doing your greatest”. If you want to transfer, you must do your greatest, there’s no alternative. You don’t want to be a wash out with regrets who “could have done” this or that but somehow never did because he never really tried.
Why wouldn’t you try to transfer from UCF to UF? Or, if you’re at UCF, when would you transfer to the community college? If you attend Santa Fe, do you have a place to live? Do you know how to cook? Are you on track for any “transfer guarantee” agreements?
