I was wondering if I have a chance to get into UPENN after my first year at University of Pittsburgh if I have a 3.0 to 3.5 GPA by the end of my first year.

My SAT’s were 2000ish i think. I had a 4 on my AP Bio(dont this this matters anymore).

Can I get into the CAS at UPENN?

if there is nothing else spectacular about your person or accomplishments, it will be very difficult.

Compared to Meng Cheng in 3 years you look spectacular

sorry, my initial reaction is no, you don't have a chance. none of the fellow transfers i know had such a low gpa (no offense); even the athletes and legacy had a lot higher gpas from a variety of schools ranging from random unknown 4-year schools to better-known ones like georgetown and harvard. maybe you'll have something that differentiates you from the crowd... but it'd have to be something really phenomenal.
