Transferring: Getting D's, retaking them, and transferring

I'm at CC. I was planning on applying to a few state schools for admission into next fall, but I got a D in my math class that I took this semester because math is my weakest subject.. I did well in the other classes I took though. In biology I got an A, and in composition II I got a B/B+. I still have a decent GPA that the state schools require, a 2.8 (you need a 2.0 to be considered and a 2.5 is preferred).
Here's my problem. This D is not the only D I have received.
-I took a psych class two summers ago and got a D. Retook it this past summer and got a B.
-I took a math class last fall semester and got a D. Retook it in the spring semester and got a C.
-I took a sociology class last fall semester and failed it. Retook it this past summer and got a B.

Even though I retook all of the classes that I got a D or lower in, I'm scared that if I still apply to these universities now, they are gonna think, 'well this is her only current D, but she had to retake other classes too.'
I'm just scared that because I had to retake other classes, they won't accept me. What do you think?
