Transferring GPA between multiple colleges

Here's what happened: During high school, I took courses at Moorpark, a California community college. After high school I attended Northern Arizona University and of course transferred in units earned at Moorpark. As is known from the FAQ, my Moorpark GPA did not transfer into NAU.
Then, after finishing my freshman year, I came back to California and am now attending MSJC - another California community college. What I am dying to know is, what is my current GPA (the one Berkeley will see in the future) based on?

As I read on here, usually GPA does not transfer even between schools of the same system. So, I think my current GPA will not be based on the GPA earned at Moorpark. Can anyone validate this?

Additionally, I do not know whether my NAU GPA will transfer into my MSJC GPA. I can't really find any information about 4-year transfers into a community college in another state. Does anyone have experience with this?

I have had multiple conversations with MSJC's evaluator and he hinted that grades I earned at NAU may affect my MSJC GPA. But he was a bit puzzling and mysterious. I have not yet transferred either my Moorpark or NAU credits into MSJC.

Thank you guys so much for your help, if this can be cleared up!

When you apply to transfer, they’ll see all your old grades. If you get in, your GPA will not include any non-Berkeley classes. As I understand it, all UC schools have a policy of not transferring GPA.
