Transferring into A&M question

Hello,

I had a quick question about transferring into A&M for next school year (Fall).

Right now I am a freshman at a college doing my spring semester.

I have completed 16 hours my fall semester and am taking 18 hours right now.

The requirement for a&m transferring is 24 hours, and i will have more than that done by the time next fall comes around, but as of right now, i only have 16 hours completed. (the rest im taking right now)

So does a&m counts the hours i am currently taking right now? Or will I have to wait until spring next semester to transfer in.

You can apply now and your transcript from your current school will show that you’re enrolled in those spring hours. Your acceptance would likely be contingent on your spring grades, but they can begin evaluating your application.
