I'm thinking about changing my major to education and transferring because my school doesn't have early childhood ed. How hard is it to do that?

Bump 10char.

You might not be able to graduate in four years, but if you’re well-qualified, transferring isn’t hard. When it involves a major change, it depends on how many credits you have and how that meets the core and the major requirements. It wouldn’t hurt to talk to an adviser about it. Most of them will accept you, but warn you, that if your credits don’t match well with the requirements, you will take extra semesters to earn a degree.

I transferred from my school as a business major to a secondary ed/history major at another school. It can be done.

Good luck!

I expect that whatever I do I’m going to be in school an extra semester or year, so that’s kinda whatever.

My GPA is okay, around a 3.1/3.2, so it’s around most transfer GPA requirements.
