Transferring is much more easier?

When transferring to Cornell University, why is it easier to transfer into the CALS school than the other schools?

it isn't. The acceptance rate is inflated due to the students who were already offered a 'guaranteed transfer' spot. Despite the fact that they are guaranteed to be accepted, Cornell still makes them apply so they count as both another applicant and as another acceptance.
