<p>ive been reading alot about this weeding out crap on the threads about first year engineering students at purdue, of how many students drop out, change their minds, and decide to other majors, taking this into consideration if a student from the college of technology, who is doing electrical engineering with technology maintains a good gpa (good defined as better than everyone else/avg engineering student) will this allow him to transfer into the college of engineering dept taking into consideration his grades and etc? will seats be available if alot/many of students decide that engineering is not for them?</p>
<p>tech engineering is totally different, and none of the courses are applicable to the school of engineering.</p>
