Transferring Multiple Times

I recently transferred from a private school in New York City to SUNY Binghamton due to financial reasons. I also got accepted to CUNY Baruch (I denied because of their limited amount of majors), CUNY City College (denied because Bing has a better reputation). Originally I had no idea what I wanted to major in, but now I am leaning towards pre-health, thinking pharmacy or psychology.

I figured I wouldn’t mind living upstate on a campus that isn’t NYC, and it’s not the worst thing, I would just be much happier if I weren’t. I was thinking of transferring again to a CUNY school this time. I like change!

I wanted to know the possible downsides to doing this… For example:
-Does it reflect badly on me during future job/grad school applications? Will they think that I’m indecisive, etc. or will they mainly pay attention to my GPA and the school I graduated from?
-Is there any way for me to check what credits of mine will transfer? If not, has anyone had experience with transferring credits from a SUNY to CUNY school?
-Is it worth it to stay at Bing because of how good of a school it is or are the CUNY schools (or some in specific) just as esteemed and/or offer a good education?

I’d appreciate any feedback or sharing of personal experiences you’ve had. Thanks!

Typically you have to earn X number of a credits from a college in order to graduate there. So it is fine to transfer for money, mental health, or a different major, but eventually you will likely need to stay put, often for the final two years - or at least stay within the same system.

I am not deeply familiar with the SUNYs/CUNYs, but you should be able to find this information on the web sites of the different colleges.
