<p>So I'm a transfer student from a community college, I'm a little confused about the difference between a transfer to the college and a transfer to the program within a college.</p>
<p>I plan on applying to USC, UCLA, Stanford, Berkley, and UW. I'm interested in different programs from each school, primarily Business, Architecture, and Film. Apparently there are more requirements to get into the actual programs. </p>
<p>So I am wondering, am I better off applying/transferring to each school, waiting until I get in to do a few classes, then try to get into the programs? Or am I better off just applying for the programs straight up? What is it like applying to programs once I am in the school?</p>
<p>Also, I will not have all of my requirements completed before applying for Fall 2010, will that be a problem? I plan on finishing the rest of my requirements over the course of 2009-2010 before actually beginning classes at the aforementioned schools.</p>
<p>I'm pretty much looking for answers to those questions and any other information I can get.</p>
