Hi, How easy is it to transfer rooms at berkeley? I was given a room in foothill (not in my top 5 preferences) but i want to be in a unit 1mini suite. Thanks!

So if you are 100% dependent on living in a dorm (i.e. you definitely can’t consider living off-campus), then you’ll just have to accept and pay the deposit for Foothill, and then after you’re made the housing deposit, fill in the transfer form above with your @berkeley.edu email address. They’ve said it’s not guaranteed, but you may as well try if you’re unhappy with your assigned room.
