There is a strong possibility I would want to transfer schools from Letters and Sciences to Engineering and was hoping to find out if that was easier to do at USC or UCLA?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Definitely easier @ USC. At UCLA, engineering majors are impacted. At USC, you only need to take certain courses & do well in them before transfering. One of the reasons why I considered USC, back when I was torn between ChemE and Chemistry, is that you can take up to 4 classes at Viterbi without being an engineering student. Seems like a great way to test your interest in engineering without falling behind. Source:
