Transferring Senior Year

I am currently at a very good public high school in my state. I attended a private elementary and middle school and absolutely loved it. The public high school I’ve learned it too big and not the right fit for me. The teachers aren’t the best and I only have a few friends. I am currently a junior and in the top 15% of my class but just am very unhappy where I am. I was thinking of transferring to a boarding school for senior year. How would this look on college applications? Is it worth it?
