<p>I'll become a sophomore student for 2009-10 academic year at a college in NY. I want to transfer to an engineering college in London, UK, but finance is a big issue for me. I can not pay anthing at all, plus i'm an international student from Asia. any suggestions to help me out? I'm dying to study in London.
