transferring to a csu

ive decided im gonna transfer to a csu and become a bio major.

the question now is, does anyone know a site or from personal knowledge which csus have strong sci programs? ive looked all over but cant find any info

CSUN is good for bio, but that's all I know of :(

...are you transferring from a community college? If so, I would talk to the counselors at your colleges--CCs have good transfer agreements to other universities within the same state (especially CSUs).

^ yes i have. but i would like to know what csus have a strong sci program. my counselor told me he was not completely sure.

the only respectable csu is slo...

flameshield?

Cal State Long Beach has fantastic nursing program.

But if you are going become a doctor, go to a university. UCI or UCR will take you if your 3.0+.

lostincode,

No, you don't need a "flameshield". You and all the other NERDS like you just really need to get a life.

The above website shows you the impacted CSU campuses and majors. For biology, it seems like San Diego State and Cal Poly SLO have particularly strong program considering the fact that those two campuses are most impacted for the biology major prospects.

I majored in biology at cal poly slo. It was a great program with excellent research opportunities. I really enjoyed my time there.
