Transferring to a school previously accepted to.

Hi all,

I have been wondering for sometime now if a previous admission decision has any affect when reapplying to a college. During my senior year of high school I applied to and was accepted to University of Maryland. Due to my families financial situation we decided going to Anne Arundel Community College, where I currently attend. After getting my associates degree I would like to transfer to a 4 year university. UMD being my first choice. When I apply will the admissions team be able to see that I was previously accepted and declined to go? Or are such things not typically kept on record for a great length of time? I don't want my previous decision to have a negative impact when I reapply as a transfer student. Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you!
