Transferring to a UC from an out-of-state university?

<p>I'm currently a freshmen at an OOS university and am a California resident, i've decided i've wanted to go back to California and was reading up on transferring to UC's.</p>

<p>It seems that the only way you can transfer to a UC or a Cal State is you need a min. of 60 credits, being that i'm only a freshmen i'll end up with somewhere around 30+ credits.</p>

<p>Basically, what i'm wondering is if there are any UC or Cal State schools that accept less than 60 credits?</p>

<p>NO you need 60 units… but after finishing your pre-reqs for your major and GE you would have almost 60 anyways…</p>
