So I got into florida state university, but want to transfer to university of florida, so I am going to enroll in Santa Fe College(Former CC), a feeder school to university of florida. You need 60 semester hours to transfer to UF.

I have around 25 semester hours from AP, and will take around 12-15 during the summer.

Then around 20-24 during the fall semester, and trying hard to get my AA degree by this December. (I will get special permission from the dean to take that many classes, around 7-8 classes).

Do you think this is possible, if I work really hard? How would the university view it as? would I be able to get my AA within the semester if I satisfy the credit hours/requirments?

More info regarding above post:
-I was accepted to FSU, but will not attend, and rather attend Santa Fe college(aka Santa Fe Community College).
-I have 24 semester hours from a total of 8 AP classes
-I will take 12-15 semester hours worth of college classes at a local community college online.
-I will then take 7 or 8 classes for the fall semester, which would equal 21-25 semester hours. I would technically need to take 24 semester hours the fall semester, and try to get my AA that december?

When you get to your CC in the fall, talk to an advisor, they will be the best one to advise you on how feasible it is to transfer to UF in a year.

I said one semester not one year.

I talked to a UF admissions officer she said yes aslong I have the 60 semester hours by December, which I will assuming I pass all the classes this summer. I’m aiming for above 3.8 in case anything goes wrong.
