<p>I am an international student. I am planning to transfer to an American College after my freshman year. BTW I am studying outside the USA. My question is the following: Do I need to take SAT in order to transfer to an American University or what should I do?</p>
<p>And if I manage to transfer, will I continue from the 2nd course or start from the beginning?</p>
