Hi everyone,
I was planning to stay at my current high school (an amazing public school, ranked 10/10 on greatschools, API at 924, average students SAT at a whopping 1850) until I decided to transfer to another neighboring school due to complications (still a pretty good public high school, ranked 9/10 on greatschools, API at 859, offers IB classes, average SAT at a 1720). Basically, this school is also considered to be easier than my current school (which I have a 4.0 UW GPA at and is also rumored to have its Honors classes to be just as difficult as our CP classes). So basically, I'm not planning to join their IB program mostly because I want to stick with good 'ole fashioned AP classes and because I like AP classes more.

I basically have a few questions.
1) Can I just take one IB class? As in IB Psychology? It's the only IB class I'm planning to take in high school (Junior year).
*2) I've never taken an AP class before, so should I maybe calm down a bit with the courses I want to take next year?
4) How will colleges view this change in schools? This would be the third time I'll be switching schools.
5) Is this course load rigorous enough to get into Berkeley? I have a crap-ton of extra curricular and I'll be at approx. 380 community service hours by application time. But, my SAT will probably be on the lower end, 2000 most likely.
6) Lastly, will it be frowned upon by colleges since I'll be taking AP classes and not IB?
